There are many kinds of ceramic vases shapes, the structures of ceramic vases are diverse,meantime the ceramic vases are fragile, so the weight of the vases package is heavy,.


We use the large foam to fix the vase in the paper carton,specially we will recommend our customer to cover the wooden frame of the paper carton as double protection way in the transportation. you will see the two common package: paper carton, paper carton plus wooden frame.


1)When our parcel are send to our customer by express, our customer should firstly take out of the ceramic vases and check the vases are good, if everything is OK, you sign the parcel,let the express staff go, 


2)If the vases are broken, please takes photos of the broken vases as well as the express sheet as edivent, if our customers pay the delivery fee in advance ,you react to ask the express staff on site for claim, then tell us the seller the situation , we also will help you to deal the broken vases and claim the compensation from the express company,

Note:we ensure that every vase is good before the delivery, if it is broken, it must be the burden of the express company.


Anyway we will do our best to protect the benefit of the buyer if the vases are damaged by the express company.
